My Review:

Falling for the Backup is a novella in the Nashville Assassins series, and I have to say I loved this quick, heartwarming, funny and steamy read. The characters are great and very real to me, I felt like they were people I could meet and become friends with.

Jordan and Aynslee have this amazing chemistry, and meet at a time of Jordan’s life that is a mess of turmoil. Aynslee is the perfect heroine for him as he navigates what his career will be going forward. I loved the way she let him grow, she walked his journey with him. This is part of a series but with insightful characters and with writing as good as this it is easily read as a stand alone story. I recommend the whole Assassins series, but if you only have time for one, then Falling for the Backup is the one for you!
