My Review:

The second book in Terry Spear’s Jaguar series was a wonderful addition. Featuring Maya Anderson the sister of the first book’s hero and Wade Patterson who we met in the first book.

Maya is fun because she’s determined to date other shifters, to live a little and Wade is determined that she only date him. I enjoyed the merry chase she sent Wade on.

The characters are well fleshed out and have some great personalities. The scenes between them are very steamy much like the jungle around them. There is also a great thread of suspense throughout the whole story that helps propel the story along and definitely made this story go from good to great.
I enjoyed going back to the jungle, Ms. Spear’s descriptions make me want to visit the rainforest myself. I want to go cave tubing and hike through the jungle and hopefully never actually run into a jaguar even though I do find them beautiful.

I recommend this book to fans of strong heroines who like to lead heroes on merry chases and can take care of themselves. I look forward to more jaguar stories in the future until then I’ll go back to loving on her wolf stories.
