I was dying for this book, after the events in King Hall, King Cave  couldn’t get here fast enough. This book picks up exactly where King Hall leaves off and focuses quite a bit on Lilly and Ezra, which was just fine with me. While I love Jack and Pearl and wanted to see more of how they were coping with events in King Hall, I was very glad to spend time with Lilly and Ezra.

There are some serious emotions being presented in this book, and Ms. Dawn does an even better job with these emotions this time around, and she did a pretty phenomenal job the first time.

The storyline moves forward and the conflicts between the Mysticals and Commoners, are still there but I felt like it’s still a story driven by characters, and Lilly and Ezra are great characters to drive the story forward.

I am very much looking forward to more from Ms. Dawn and hope I don’t have too long to wait. The Forever Evermore series is now my go to recommendation to anyone who wants a great New Adult series that has likeable characters that keep you emotionally invested in them.

I loved this book, it was both fun and sexy. They chemistry between Alana and Lucas is off the charts and I enjoyed the way that just being in each other’s arms taught them both about what they really wanted out of life. It’s a story that really is about finding and forgiving oneself on top of the very well done romance. It’s obvious that Lucas and Alana were meant to be.

Even if they both see their relationship as temporary, I really liked that aspect of the book. Not to mention the very adorable and very entertaining sidekick in Duke, Lucas’ retired police dog, this book really has a bit of everything for everyone while maintaining that small town romance feel. It’s a small town romance with a heavy dose of the erotic when Lucas and Alana get together.

There was a great cast of characters that made Walker’s Ford both fun and quirky. I highly recommend this book and will be checking out others by Ms. Calhoun soon.

Have you ever read a book and then immediately had to go and buy the rest of the series, and check out her other series because you just found an author who writes with that voice that you adore? That was this book and Jessica Clare for me. She drew me in and I immediately fell in love with and related to Audrey. She’s a great heroine, who’s smart, snarky and so capable of so much passion and love.

Throw in Reese Durham, a billionaire playboy who met his match in Audrey. He is full of snark, sexy one liners and melts for Audrey at times. I loved that he wasn’t afraid to tease her and that love blindsided him and the way he was a bit grumpy about it. Mostly I loved the way they interacted with each other, it was just enough funny and tension that I couldn’t put this book down.

I highly recommend this book. I have purchased the first two, and I haven’t read them and enjoyed this book so it’s definitely a great stand alone. I look forward to reading them as well.

There aren’t many options for fantastic erotic historical romance, but The Sinners Club is an excellent example that this is a delicious genre that I would love to read more of.

Ms. Pearce does a great job of being historical accurate while blending in some beautifully kinky scenes. I really loved Jack Lennox, because he is the perfect example of what a hero should be. He’s willing to love and put those he loves first even when it takes away things he wanted. He isn’t mean, or too arrogant to change his ways and opinions.

Mary is a strong heroine and is willing to do anything she needs to protect herself and the ones she loves. It was refreshing to meet a heroine who owns up to her sexual appetites.

This isn’t a cut and dry hero/heroine romance, they’re a perfect example that relationships and sexual appetites can be very fluid things. It really works for this story.

I really look forward to more in this series. I have read her other series and had met Jack Lennox before but I don’t think it’s a requirement to read and enjoy this book. I’ve told at least three friends to read this book immediately, so I definitely highly recommend it.
