How to Kiss a Cowboy by Joanne Kennedy - #Review @Sourcebooks

This cowboy is living a charmed life

Winning comes naturally to bronc rider Brady Caine. Ruggedly handsome, careless and charismatic, the rodeo fans adore him and the buckle bunnies are his for the taking. He’s riding high when he lands an endorsement deal with Lariat Western Wear that pairs him up with champion barrel racer Suze Carlyle.

Until one wrong move changes everything

A stupid move on Brady’s part lands Suze in the hospital, her career in tatters. Now it’s a whole new game for both of them. Brady is desperate to help Suze rebuild her life, but he’s the last person she wants around now. Suze’s got plenty of grit and determination—learning to trust Brady again is a very different matter.

Brady likes Suze but he isn’t ready to settle down, and when he finally gets a chance with her, he screws it up. Then to make matters worse, he finally tries to make it up to her, only to unintentionally cause Suze to land in the hospital with some serious injuries.

Brady had a lot of groveling, and a lot of amends to make, and I liked that he stepped up to the plate. It made him the kind of sexy cowboy that I could easily love. He’s strong, stubborn and a bit arrogant, but he has a huge heart, and he really loves Suze.

Suze has been hurt before, she doesn’t trust easy, and Brady has done plenty to make her doubt him. There were a few times when I wished she was a bit easier on him or didn’t just jump to conclusions, after all there was enough of a reason for her to be angry at Brady without some inflated drama.

Overall, I highly recommend this story, I was entertained, and did find myself wondering how much could and would go wrong before they found their happily ever after. It definitely kept me reading and rooting for Brady to win Suze over.
