Heather Long is one of those authors that no matter what book of hers I pick up I know I’ll find a great book that takes me away from my day to day stress. She’s open, friendly and one of the most approachable authors I’ve ever had the privilege to ‘meet’ online.
She even named a character after me after she asked the question Marine or Cowboy and I said why not both, she then wrote The Marine Cowboy and the main female character is Sheri Vaughn! I still smile so big every time I think about it.

Virginia Nelson is one of those great people that is funny, genuinely kind and she writes some really snarky and sexy stories. Heather Long actually introduced Virginia and her books to me and I have been hooked ever since. I won a contest with Virginia and she named a character after me, it’s coming out sometime in the future, she’s also the only person I know who can write volcanically hot ghost sex. Read that very sexy ghost sex in Dom of the Dead!

Melissa Schroeder is another author that I know no matter which of her books I pick up that I’m in for a treat. Be it a BDSM contemporary all the way to a MMF futuristic story, she’s always have something I love to read. She always tells it like it is, and she’s one of the most real people I know. I happily recommend her because she always put out quality books.
One of my favorite books from her is A Little Harmless Fantasy. It’s a MMF contemporary and it’s super hot!

Herding Cats and Burning Soup was a blog I stumbled upon one day. She seemed like she had it all together and was the kind of blog I aspired to be when I started. She always had such great reviews and so many big and well known authors on her blog. I started interacting on the blog’s Facebook page and I learned that the owner who I held in such high esteem was even more awesome once I got to know her. She volunteers so much of her time with animals and the USO, she’s someone I feel honored to know. Not to mention I love talking books with her.
