#CoverReveal My Redemption by @michelle_dare

Ethan Matthews always felt he was second best. His brother received all the praise, never him. Ethan took a dark, lonely road, turning to alcohol and women to avoid the jealousy that ate away at him. But the demons of his past continued to resurface. He decided to turn his life around with the help of the person he treated the worst–his brother.

Piper Lazara struggled for most of her life. She’d lost almost everyone she loved and lived in poverty. Despite the obstacles, she worked hard and finished nursing school. She never believed in love at first sight, so she tried dismissing her feelings when Ethan entered her life, leaving her heart and head at war over whether she’d take a chance on love.

Ethan knew he shouldn’t get involved with anyone at this turning point of his life, but from the moment he laid eyes on her, he couldn’t stop thinking about the raven-haired beauty. He didn’t know if she felt the same, but it was time he found out.

Their lives were in danger, causing family to step in and offer support. Ethan would do whatever it took to protect the woman who had become his everything. He never thought he deserved happiness, but Piper gave him the redemption he so desperately desired.

#Review Thunder Wolf by @HVLong

Title: Thunder Wolf
Author: Heather Long
Series: Wolves of Willow Bend, Book 11
Rating: 5 stars
Blurb: Most Lone Wolves have a story--a pack they left behind, a love they lost, or worse, one they buried. Some leave their packs to roam because they crave freedom, and independence. Some leave because in their hearts, they can't bear to stay. Some leave because they see no way to go back...

Enforcer John Nelson has pulled double duty for months, keeping an eye on the Lone Wolves who are his charges as well as those that once answered to Margo Montgomery. More of a loner than most, he doesn't mind going months at a time without seeing another Enforcer as was his typical pattern or at least it was until the formation of the Three Rivers pack disrupted lives everywhere. Now he must divide his time between watching the upstarts and checking on his charges while working with the other Enforcers to anticipate the next move by the Russian Volchitsa. No Enforcer expected to find themselves among the hunted, but when they target the one wolf he can tolerate, John defies orders to go after her.

Hadley Sexton is a bit of a wild card even for an Enforcer, and she loves being unpredictable. More of a mother hen than she likes to admit, she keeps an eye on her Lone Wolves, and treats them more like family than charges...but when three Enforcers are brutally murdered over the course of three weeks, Hadley discovers someone has been shadowing her trail and they aren't alone. It is a dangerous game with a brutal enemy, one willing to kill the wolves she's sworn to protect to draw her out.

For Hadley, John will break every rule, but will he be in time?

Eleven books, I’ve been hooked on Wolves of Willow Bend for 11 books now, and Thunder Wolf, Book 11 does not disappoint. In fact, it may easily be my new favorite book in the series, because of the Hadley and John, they break the rules, they melt your heart and they have this sarcastic and snarky love that I adore.

There are a lot of things happening within the world, yet at the same time, I could easily hand this book to a friend and I think they would still enjoy it, because Hadley and John are meant for each other. Even though technically their mating would break all the rules, I think in this case, the rules just need to change because these two wolves need one another and are stronger together.

Ms. Long has done an amazing job weaving small bits of story together over 11 books that I’m not seeing and saying oh, that’s where she was going with that little unnoticed tidbit before. I’m awed by the world building and I don’t feel like any threads are being dropped, which is impressive with book eleven and the kind of suspense happening in this series.

I highly recommend this story, and this series, the series is a go to series for me and Hadley and John are my new favorite couple in this world, and there are some amazing couples in this series!

The goal is to have 15 more scheduled posts by the time the challenge ends. If you would also like to try and get ahead, check it out over at The Herd Presents

#NewRelease The Unattainable Chief by @michelle_dare @OnceUponAnAlpha

Amazon | B&N | iBooks | Kobo

*This is an alpha male novelette, which was previously published in the Alphas of Sin anthology.

Bachelor doctor, Liam Kase, is the Chief of Surgery. One cold night, he rescues a woman who falls in an icy parking lot. A woman who happens to be a nurse at a competing hospital.

Amelia Finch doesn’t want his help, and she knows all about his reputation. She’s fully capable of diagnosing and driving herself to the emergency room, but Liam refuses to allow it. He is an alpha male, who always take charge, after all.

White-hot sparks fly from their first encounter, searing the memory in both their minds. The Unattainable Chief: the man no woman can hook. Will she be the one who finally reels him in? She’ll certainly try.
